What do I do if I forget my password or if my password does not work?

If you cannot remember your password, enter the email address you used to register your account in the portal page, and click on the “Forgot Password” button. A temporary password will be sent to you via email. Passwords can take up to 20 minutes to arrive.  You will be able to change your password once you are logged into the portal by clicking on “Update” at the top of the screen. Make sure you do not enter extra blank spaces when typing/pasting in your email address or password. Also, note that the password is case sensitive.

How do I update my email address and/or password?

Update your email address and/or password anytime by logging into the community and visiting the Profile Update section. There, you will be able to modify your login information. Please ensure you choose a new password that fulfills the requirements displayed to you.

How do I unsubscribe?

Click on the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any of our invitation emails and follow the instructions on screen to complete the process. Once you have completed this action, you will immediately be removed from the community.
